• This Delivery Policy applies to all automotive parts orders shipped within the United States. We operate three strategically located warehouses across the U.S. to speed up fulfillment, shorten transit times, and ensure dependable delivery of quality auto components to customers nationwide.

• All in-stock orders are processed and dispatched efficiently. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are processed the same day; all orders ship within a maximum of 2 business days from order confirmation, subject to inventory check and payment approval.

• We partner with the top U.S. shipping carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, to deliver your auto parts safely and efficiently. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days to addresses in the contiguous United States, depending on the destination.

• Delivery times are estimates and start on the shipping date, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Transit times may be slightly delayed by carrier issues, severe weather, or remote location logistics. A valid tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships, so you can monitor delivery status in real time.

Shipping Policy

All in-stock auto parts orders are processed promptly: orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days will be shipped the same day, and all orders will be dispatched within a maximum of 2 business days after order confirmation, subject to inventory availability and payment verification.

We cooperate with major U.S. shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) to ensure safe and timely delivery. For most addresses in the contiguous 48 U.S. states, delivery takes 3–7 business days after shipping. A tracking number will be sent to your registered email once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor its status in real time. Extended transit times and additional fees may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

Return Policy

You may return unused, uninstalled auto parts in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping fees). Custom-made parts, installed parts, or parts damaged due to improper use are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. Returned items must be shipped back with the RA number clearly marked on the package. We will process your refund within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.
