Refund policy
● We accept the return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery time of the parcel, but you must send back the product within 30 days from the date you placed the order.
● If you have made a mistake on purchase and wish to cancel the order before it is dispatched please contact us by messages or email as quickly as possible.
● If the buyer purchased the wrong item or does not want /need the item: A returned Shipping fee and 20% restocking fee will be charged.
● Return postage is undertaken by the buyer. Shipping and handling fee are not refundable
● We will process the return within 48 business hours once the item is received, but please allow up to 30 days for any exchange or refund.
Step1:Items that are sent back for a claim must be accompanied with the reason for the return, contact details, user name© of receipt as proof of purchase, failure to do so will result in non-processed claims until the stated information has been received. Any pictures or videos are needed especially for the functional problems.
Step2:Any returned item(s) without a Return Authorization number will be rejected. Our sales representative will issue you a Return Authorization number (RAN). Please write the Return Authorization number, order number, and parts number on the return package.
Step3: Return products must be in brand new condition and with the original packing. Need to provide return shipping information, tracking number, and the manifest of return shipping. We do not be responsible for the package lost during shipment, so please make sure all returns are sent by recorded post. Any product that has been used does not qualify for return or exchange.
