- We partner with the top U.S. shipping carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, to deliver your auto parts safely and efficiently. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days to addresses in the contiguous United States, depending on the destination.
- Delivery times are estimates and start on the shipping date, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Transit times may be slightly delayed by carrier issues, severe weather, or remote location logistics. A valid tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships, so you can monitor delivery status in real time.

For most addresses in the contiguous 48 U.S. states, delivery takes 3–7 business days after shipping. A tracking number will be sent to your registered email once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor its status in real time. Return Policy
You may return unused, uninstalled auto parts in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping fees). Custom-made parts, installed parts, or parts damaged due to improper use are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. Returned items must be shipped back with the RA number clearly marked on the package. We will process your refund within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.
